I have over 20 years of evidence-based practice in leadership and management of Primary Health Care / community health both at local, state and national level. I currently serve as the Acting Director of the Institute of Community Health Innovation and Development of the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo. I also lecture in the department of Community Medicine, University of Medical Sciences, Ondo. My research interests include: - Epidemiology, health system management, social dynamics of community health and primary health care system development. My interest in research is driven by my desire to: see research findings address specific challenge of public health relevance; research beyond mere publication for academic purpose; take the 'gown to town' and support processes that move solution-based research findings from archives to living experiences.
